The length of a diagonal of a square is equivalent to a side of the square times the square root of two. Thus, if the cube below has edges of length 2cm, then what is the length of diagonal AB?

SAT math concept: The diagonal of a square is length times square root of two

AB = length * √2 = 2cm * √2 ~ 2.82cm.
